A Vinyasa class for you that would like to challenge yourself a bit more in your practice. Bianca will guide you through this advanced yoga class, where you hopefully will get some heat in your body, but after feeling wonderful and able to enjoying your hard work.
This class is for those who already have a vinyasa practice but want more of a challenge. If you are pregnant or given birth not too long ago, so you still have a rectus diastasis, please be aware when moving, that you keep your core active and take breaks, when needed.
