FRIDAY CALLS FOR COMMUNITY - AND FOR THE WEEKEND! AT YO STUDIOS, WE DO IT OUR OWN WAY. YOU’RE INTIVITED TO OUR FRIDAY SOCIAL, WHERE YOU’LL START WITH A SWEAT AND END WITH A DRINK IN HAND.

PROGRAM

We’ll start with an Outdoor Circuit class with high energy and big smiles. You’ll be guided through an effective and energetic workout, guarantied to boost your pulse and mood.

After this, you’re invited to a session of Saunagus. With a combination of soft music and aromatic oils, we’ll create a meditative space for letting go and just being.

Finally, we have joined forces with the lovely team from Vinpusheren, who will serve a chilled glass of sparkling wine on the terrace. Enjoy an afternoon with the best company and wish each other a lovely weekend.
