ON SATURDAY, JUNE 14, WE’LL OPEN THE STUDIO DOORS AND WELCOME EVERYONE TO AN INSPIRING DAY FILLED WITH MOVEMENT, COMMUNITY, AND GOOD ENERGY

PROGRAM

During the day, you can join our classes for free - come try our popular classes such as YO Reformer Flow, YO Run and Strength, and Saunagus.

Meet the amazing YO Team. There’s plenty of time to say hi and chat with the instructors about your specific needs and movement journey. There will also be delicious snacks and time to soak up the beautiful surroundings.
