Hills are nature’s ultimate strength training for runners – and we’ll show you how to make the most of them without burning out.

PROGRAM

We kick things off with a thorough warm-up and an introduction to hill running technique. Then it’s time to hit the inclines: short uphill intervals followed by an easy jog or walk back down. This format builds explosive power, improves your running form, and boosts endurance – one step at a time. Along the way, you'll get practical tips on body positioning, arm movement, and how to embrace the hills instead of dreading them.

All levels are welcome – we adjust pace, distance, and intervals so everyone gets a challenge that suits them.

After the run, it’s time to unwind. Enjoy a restorative stretch session for 30 minutes.
