Welcome to YO ISLANDS BRYGGE — a bright and airy movement studio on Amager in Copenhagen, with 80+ weekly classes on the schedule. We offer reformer, pilates, yoga, barre, dance and fitness in beautiful surroundings with high ceilings and great energy. Expect high-quality classes, uplifting movement and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you want to build strength, slow down and reset, or let go in a dance flow, there’s always a class for you.

Our large movement studio is bright, modern and designed with high ceilings, big windows and soft curtains that create a warm and calming atmosphere.
This is where you’ll find everything from yoga, pilates and barre to dance and fitness classes - with space for energy, connection and movement.

Our reformer studio is bright, spacious and welcoming, with large windows and a calm, uplifting atmosphere.
Expect full-body training focused on strength, balance, mobility and endurance - always taught with energy, flow and good vibes.

Relax before or after class in our cosy lounge area. You’ll find tea, cold water and small snacks that you’re welcome to enjoy.

We offer comfortable changing rooms and shower facilities with complimentary shampoo and conditioner. You’ll also find lockers where you can safely store your belongings during class.

Babies are of course welcome at our MAMMA classes. After class, there’s plenty of space to relax in the lounge area, and you’re welcome to use the kettle for bottles or baby food. We also have changing facilities with everything you need.

The studio is open whenever classes are running.
With 80+ weekly classes, you can train from early morning to late evening - most days from 6.30 AM–9.30 PM.

The studio is located on the corner of Njalsgade and Ørestads Boulevard, right next to Islands Brygge Metro Station - in the Metropol building.
Look for the YO sign on the ground floor and you’ll easily find the entrance.

There are several paid parking options close to Njalsgade — both street parking and parking garages around Islands Brygge.
We recommend apps like EasyPark or APCOA FLOW for an easy overview and payment.

Choose from 40+ reformer classes every week. Try:
YO REFORMER FLOW: A feel-good full-body class focused on mobility, balance and precision in movement.
YO REFORMER FIRE: A slightly more intense class focused on endurance and control, playing with tempo and more complex movement patterns.

Up to 13 pilates classes every week. Try:
YO PILATES MATWORK: Strength and mobility for the whole body through calm, mindful movement.
YO PILATES FLOW: Energetic and dynamic, with focus on mobility, balance and control.

Up to 20 yoga classes on the schedule every week. Try for example:
YO GENTLE FLOW: A slow-paced class with soft, nourishing movement.
YO YIN YOGA: Calm and grounding, with long holds and focus on stillness.
YO VINYASA FIRE: Dynamic yoga sequences with more pace, energy and intensity.

Up to 15 dance classes every week. Choose between for example:
YO BALLET STRENGTH: A ballet-inspired strength class focused on endurance.
YO BARRE FIRE: An energetic barre class with higher tempo, pulse and intensity.
YO CONTEMPORARY DANCE BASIC: Technique, floorwork and choreography taught in a fun and creative way - open to everyone.

Up to 15 strength and fitness classes every week. Try for example:
YO FUNCTIONAL TRAINING: Effective full-body training with weights and equipment to build functional strength and mobility.
YO STRENGTH & STRETCH: Full-body training at a calm pace with focus on strength, followed by stretching.
YO SHAPE: Bodyweight training that builds strength, endurance, cardio and mobility.

Up to 6 weekly classes on the schedule. Try for example:
YO PREGGO YOGA: For pregnant women, with focus on breathwork and mobility.
YO MAMMA BARRE: For new mothers (baby is welcome). Ballet-inspired training that builds strength, balance and endurance.
YO MAMMA FUNCTIONAL TRAINING: For new mothers (baby is welcome). We rebuild strength and endurance after pregnancy.

We regularly host events and workshops where you can dive deeper into movement and the YO community. Some are completely free, while others require a ticket.
