ABOUT YO ISLANDS BRYGGE

With over 100 classes every week across all intensity levels, there’s always a way to move that matches your mood. Dive into a diverse schedule including yoga, pilates, reformer, barre, dance, strength training and cardio – plus dedicated pregnancy and postnatal classes.
Movement should feel like a joy! That’s why we’ve created a space filled with light, warmth, and good energy – a place you’ll want to come back to.
Step into your new movement home, find your calm, and let your smile shine.
In the lounge, you’ll find Cadence Down Under – an Australian-inspired brunch café and bakery we’ve teamed up with. Enjoy nourishing food and drinks in beautiful surroundings, either before or after giving your body some loving movement.
We’ve got lovely changing and shower facilities. Our showers are stocked with shampoo and conditioner, free to use.
There are shelves in the changing rooms for your things, and you’re welcome to leave valuables and phones on the shelves inside the studio rooms.
Our MAMMA classes are specially designed postnatal sessions where your baby is welcome to join.
After class, there’s space in the lounge to relax and hang out with your little one. Need boiling water for a bottle or meal? Our kettle is free to use.
We also have a changing station with everything you need.

We’re open whenever there are classes on the schedule.
With 100+ classes every week, you can move from 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM most days!
You’ll need an access code to open the studio door. It’ll be sent to your email when you book a class.
The studio is located on the corner of Njalsgade and Ørestads Boulevard, right by Islands Brygge Metro – in the Metropol building.
Look for the YO sign at street level, and you’ll easily find the entrance!
There are several paid parking options near Njalsgade – both street-level and underground around Islands Brygge.
Use apps like EasyPark or APCOA FLOW for an easy overview and payment.
