ABOUT YO AARHUS

At YO in Aarhus C, you’ll find varied group classes that make you sweat, smile, and breathe deeply!
With more than 100 classes a week in a range of intensities, there’s always something that fits your mood and energy. Explore yoga, pilates, reformer, barre, dance, cardio and strength training – plus pregnancy and postnatal classes.
Movement should feel like a joy! That’s why we’ve created a space filled with light, warmth, and good energy – a place you’ll want to come back to.
Step into your new movement home, find your calm, and let your smile shine.
Relax in our cozy lounge before or after class. There’s hot tea, cold water, and snacks for you to enjoy.
Chat with your training buddy or take a quiet moment for yourself – and enjoy a little extra YO time :)
We’ve got lovely changing and shower facilities. Our showers are stocked with shampoo and conditioner, free to use.
There are shelves in the changing rooms for your things, and you’re welcome to leave valuables and phones on the shelves inside the studio rooms.
Our MAMMA classes are specially designed postnatal sessions where your baby is welcome to join.
After class, there’s space in the lounge to relax and hang out with your little one. Need boiling water for a bottle or meal? Our kettle is free to use.
We also have a changing station with everything you need.

We’re open whenever there are classes on the schedule.
With 100+ classes every week, you can move from 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM most days!
You’ll need an access code to open the studio door. It’ll be sent to your email when you book a class.
You’ll find us in the Scandinavian Center – right in the heart of Aarhus C.
Enter from Margrethepladsen (by Musikhuset) or from Sonnesgade. YO is on the lower level by the Sonnesgade entrance. Just look for the YO sign, walk in, and head up to the first floor – and you’re here!
Paid parking is available right by the door – both outside and inside.
Access the parking area via Thomas Jensens Allé, Skt. Nicolaus Gade by Føtex, or via Sonnesgade.
