Welcome to YO at Ingerslevs Boulevard – part of YO AARHUS C. This is where all our reformer classes in Aarhus C take place. Our reformer training is built around quality, instructors who meet you where you are, and movement that feels good. Whether you’re completely new or already familiar with reformer, you’re very welcome here!
At YO, we’re not just about reformer – we love all kinds of movement. So you can easily mix your reformer classes with yoga, pilates, barre, dance, and strength training at our other Aarhus C studio in Scandinavian Center, just 1.5 km away.

Take your pick from 40+ reformer classes every week. Classes are small, so there’s room for quality, attention, and a great experience.

With big windows, soft curtains, and raw, historic details, the space feels calm, light, and inviting – the perfect setting to move.

Changing options are currently very limited, so we recommend arriving ready to train. Proper facilities will be added over time.
There are no showers at this location, but you’re always welcome to use the ones at our other AARHUS C studio in Scandinavian Center (Margrethepladsen 4A), just a 5-minute bike ride away. -
YO is about more than reformer. We believe your body (and mind) benefits from moving in different ways.
That’s why your reformer membership or punch card also gives you access to pilates, yoga, dance, barre, fitness, and functional training at our other AARHUS C location in Scandinavian Center, just 1.5 km away.

We’re open whenever there are classes on the schedule.
With 40+ classes a week, you can train from early morning to evening most days (6:30–21:30).

Please note: This location is for reformer classes only. All other classes take place at our Scandinavian Center studio (Margrethepladsen 4, 1st floor).
You’ll find us at the end of Ingerslevs Boulevard, on the corner of De Mezas Vej, close to cafés and the local market. Look for the corner building with large windows – we’re on the ground floor.
Arriving by bus? Get off at Harald Jensens Plads – right outside.

There are several public parking options around Harald Jensens Plads, including along Ingerslevs Boulevard.
Parking is paid, and you can use an app or parking meter. Be sure to check signage for zones and time limits.

At Ingerslevs Boulevard, we offer reformer classes only. All other classes – yoga, pilates, barre, dance, and strength – take place at our Scandinavian Center studio. As a member (except BASIC), you’ll have access to both locations, making it easy to mix and match your training throughout the week.

We regularly host events and workshops where you can go deeper into movement and connect with the YO community. Some are free, while others require a fee.
