Explore over 50 different types of movement classes! With a membership, a punch card, or a drop-in, you get access to:

• All our regular classes, from yoga and pilates to dance, barre, and fitness.

• All MAMMA/PREGGO classes, tailored for pregnancy and postnatal training

• Infrared classes, where you train in soothing warmth from infrared panels.

• Reformer classes, where you explore movement on the reformer machine.

• Run & Strength, where you combine treadmill cardio with functional strength training.

An UNLIMITED membership does not include access to saunagus – for that, you’ll need a PREMIUM membership, a punch card, or a 1 WEEK / 1 DAY DROP-IN.

If you want unlimited training – both classes and on your own – plus access to saunagus, sauna, and ice bath: Choose YO PREMIUM – our all-inclusive membership. Includes classes at all studios, online training, open gym, saunagus, and free access to sauna and ice bath.

If you want unlimited training, but only classes: Choose YO UNLIMITED. Gives you unlimited access to classes at all studios + online training.

If you only train occasionally: Choose a punh card for access to classes and saunagus. Choose DROP-IN (1 DAY or 1 WEEK) for access to classes, saunagus, free sauna & ice bath, and open gym.

No registration fees at all! You get full value for your money!

You can choose the start date for your membership by clicking on the date picker when making your payment. If you do not make a selection, your membership will automatically start right away. Regardless of your start date, you pay for the first month upfront. After that, payments are automatically charged monthly on your membership start date.

Example: You buy your membership on September 1st and choose September 20th as the start date, paying the first month in full. From October onward, payments will automatically be charged to your card on the 20th of each month.

Regular memberships have no commitment period – you can cancel anytime! There's just a 30-day notice period on top of your current billing cycle.

Example: You picked the 20th of a month as the start date for your membership, meaning your billing cycle runs from the 20th of the current month to the 19th of the next month.

If you cancel on, for example, January 19th, the membership stays active until February 19th. If you cancel on January 20th, it will be active until March 19th.

A YO MOVES membership has no extra notice period. If you choose to cancel, your membership simply stays active until the end of your current billing period.

Example: You picked the 20th of a month as the start date for your membership. If you cancel on, for example, January 19th, this will be the last day, you’ll have access. If you cancel on January 20th, you’ll have access until February 19th.

We don’t usually offer free trials, because we focus on providing high-quality movement instruction from the best teachers and in premium facilities. We believe this offers you the best experience, and we think that’s valuable <3
