In short:

• If you’re under 30: No changes to our current prices, which you can see here.

• If you’re over 30: Your membership will be adjusted by +50 DKK/month. This corresponds to the expected monthly net savings from the new exercise tax deduction the government expects to introduce from 2026. This means you’ll effectively have no additional costs – and you can keep moving as much as you like at YO! You can see all prices for people over 30 here.

You must update your profile with your age no later than 31 December 2025. Here’s how:

1. Log in via the website or the app.

2. Press “My Profile”

3. Press “My Info”

4. Enter your date of birth in the “Birthday” field

5. Tap “Update” – don’t forget this last step :)

Please note: If you don’t update your profile with your age, you will automatically be charged the price for people over 30.

No. While the VAT rate is 25%, YO is absorbing a large part of the increase so the actual price adjustment for you is lower.

Membership prices for people over 30 increase by only 50 DKK/month compared to the prices for people under 30 – matching the net savings expected from the new exercise tax deduction starting in 2026.

All payments from 1 January 2026 onwards will automatically be adjusted to the new price listed above.

When you have a membership, your payment is charged automatically each month on the start date of your membership.

Example: If your for instance chose October 20th as the start date when purchasing your membership, your monthly payment will be charged on the 20th every month. That means you will be charged the new price from 20 January onwards.

The government is expected to introduce an exercise tax deduction of approx. 1,750 DKK per year from 2026 for people over 30. This will give you a monthly net savings of around 50 DKK.

You must report this deduction on your preliminary/annual tax assessment. When we know more about the exact process, we will make sure to update you :)

People under 30 do not receive any deduction, but they are also not subject to VAT.

The new VAT rules only apply to people over 30. So if one of you is over 30 and the other under, your price adjustments may differ – even if you have the same membership type.

Additionally, we continuously adjust our prices and membership options to offer the best possible training experience. This means members may have joined at different prices and at different times. As a result, price changes may vary from person to person.

The membership is billed based on each person’s age:

• The person over 30 pays 649 DKK/month incl. VAT

• The person under 30 pays 599 DKK/month and is not subject to VAT.

Even though members over 30 have VAT added to their membership, the increase is less than 25% because YO absorbs part of the VAT. This means that the ex. VAT price for members over 30 can actually be lower than the price for members under 30 — who are not subject to VAT.

The purpose of this pricing structure is to keep pricing fair for all members while ensuring that we can continue offering a wide range of classes and keep investing in new studios, classes and facilities.

If you became a member before 1 September 2025, you have been paying a lower price than the one introduced for new members since September. From 1 January 2026, your membership will therefore be adjusted to the current standard price. You were informed about this by email in September.

If you’re over 30, an additional 50 DKK is added due to the new VAT rules.

This price adjustment ensures we can continue keeping up with rising costs and offer you a large class selection, great facilities and skilled instructors — so your movement joy can continue.

Yes, for people over 30, the prices for punch cards and drop-ins increase from 1 January 2026. You can see the new prices here.

Tip: If you buy your punch card before 1 January, you avoid the price increase! A 20-class card is valid for six months - all the way to summer :) You can find our 2025 punch cards and drop-ins here.

No. If you bought a punch card or drop-in in 2025, you will not pay anything additional, even if you use it in 2026.

Tip: If you’re over 30 and planning to use punch cards or drop-ins in 2026, it’s worth buying before 1 January. A 20-punch card is valid for six months, so it’s a great way to save. You can find our 2025 punch cards and drop-ins here.

If you have a special membership, such as a corporate membership, the same rules apply: people over 30 pay VAT, and people under 30 do not.

We will send you an email explaining exactly what it means for your specific membership.

From the first membership payment after your 30th birthday, you will be charged the price that applies to people over 30.

The price adjustment happens automatically.

The price you see on our pricing pages now applies until 1 January 2026.
