 Movement is fun! Whether it’s the feeling of freedom I feel in the transition of one pose to another in vinyasa yoga, the strength from a martial arts movement, or the energy from movement that gets my heart pumping, movement is something I love to do every day. Movement keeps me centered and creates more connection between my body and mind. I love to share the fun and energy of movement with my students, and I can’t wait for you to create your own movement on your mat!
