Exercise gives me the feeling that I can tackle any challenge that comes my way, that I can move my body however I want and be strong in all kinds of ways, as well as a feeling of greater confidence in myself. I see exercise and movement as a playful, enjoyable experience that doesn't need black and white rules. It can be tough and sometimes uncomfortable, but the energy boost afterwards and the feeling of self-care and self-prioritization that follows is very powerful. 

I love coaching people in groups and 1-to-1, as with both, I get to witness people's mood, energy levels, confidence, and ability levels improve each and every session.
