Enjoy 90 minutes of in-depth barre training. A class designed to give you time to really move, feel, and settle into your body.

PROGRAM

We invite you to slow the pace just enough to explore barre in a more spacious way. Expect smooth, ballet-inspired movements, a steady rhythm, and that unmistakable barre feeling where everything connects. It’s challenging in the best way – but first and foremost, it’s simply good movement.

GOODIES

After the session, all participants will receive a curated goodiebag featuring products from, among others, Origins and Vitamin Well – a small treat to take with you after moving your body.
