PROGRAM

This Saturday, your favourite barre class is extended for you to deep dive into the ballet inspired movements. This class is about presence, flow, and moving with intention. You’ll sweat, shake, smile, and leave feeling both worked and grounded – without needing any prior experience. Everyone is welcome.

After the session, a nourishing matcha by SATO is served — included in the event — offering a moment to relax and connect after moving your body.
