HILLS ARE ONE OF THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAYS TO BUILD RUNNING STRENGTH – AND WE’LL SHOW YOU HOW TO USE THEM WIITHOUT BURNING OUT.
PROGRAM
With guidance from a LøberLab coach, you’ll be introduced to hill training as a powerful tool for runners. We’ll begin with a thorough warm-up before moving into short uphill intervals, followed by an easy jog or walk back down. This approach builds explosive strength, improves running technique, and develops endurance step by step.
You’ll also pick up practical tips: how to position your body on inclines, engage your arms for extra power, and shift your mindset so hills become an ally rather than something to fear. The session is suitable for all levels – we’ll adapt distance and repetitions so everyone gets the most out of it.
After the run, you’ll unwind with a one-hour guided sauna infusion, combining heat, essential oils, and relaxing rituals to help your body recover and your mind recharge.
You don’t need to be a YO member to join – new faces are warmly welcomed.
