A LOVELY MORNING OF MOVEMENT AND WELLNESS.

PROGRAM

We begin the morning with an uplifting and joyful salsa class, where you’ll be guided thorugh rhythms, steps, and movements – focusing on enjoyment and freedom of movement rather than perfection. It’s all about felling the music, connecting with your body, and sharing the moment.

After the dance class, we’ll ease into calm – with a full hour of sauna infusion, essential oils, and soothing warmth to help the body unwind, release tension, and settle into a sense of balance.

We’ll finish the morning with warm croissantsa and tea – all enjoyed in good company.

Everyone is welcome – you don’t need to be a member of YO STUDIOS to join. Come alone or bring a friend. We look forward to spending the Saturday together with you.
