A transformative class

COME AS YOU ARE – WHETHER YOU FEEL LIGHT, HEAVY, HAPPY, SAD, OR ANGRY. TOGETHER WITH YO’S INSTRUCTOR PERNILLE LOUISE LANGER, WE WILL SHAKE, JUMP, DANCE, AND MOVE FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT FREE AND AGAINST ALL INJUSTICE IN THE WORLD.

PROGRAM

Pernille will guide you through a transformative and physically active class, moving between free movement, dance, HIIT training, pilates, yoga, and rest.

The class is free, but afterwards there will be an opportunity to donate an amount of your choice to Doctors Without Borders – completely voluntary, of course.
