JOIN US AT WINTER ISLAND ON KALVEBOD BRYGGE FOR A SOCIAL RUN FOLLOWED BY A RELAXING SAUNA SESSION

PROGRAM

We’ll meet at Winter Island to drop off our stuff, then start with a quick warm-up before heading out for a 5 km run at a calm, conversational pace (around 5:45 - 6:00), making sure everyone can join.

The run ends at Winter Island. We’ll cool down with some stretching and then unwind for an hour with a mindful sauna session — and if you're feeling brave, a dip in the ocean!
