Are you ready for a different kind of zen journey, one that pulses with energy? Picture a room filled with rhythmic electronic music, where your body moves freely in an energizing flow. The beats guide you, releasing tension and uniting body and mind through movement.

Afterwards, enjoy a full hour of calming sauna infusion, where heat and aromatic oils support your body’s recovery and allow your mind to unwind – all to the sound of the 90s. To top it all off, we’ll finish with an ice-cold virgin Polar Bear cocktail.
